At inhabit AV consultations and site visits are completely free, and there is never any obligation to purchase until you have approved and signed a proposal. Documentation is electronic and can be executed on any smartphone in a matter of minutes.

1. Consultation

We schedule a free site visit to walk your space with you. During this discovery process we develop an understanding of your needs, lifestyle, and desired outcomes.

2. Design & Proposal

Our experts will craft a detailed system design proposal tailored uniquely to you and your space typically within 48 hours after our initial site visit.

3. Installation

Upon approval and deposit, we begin the engineering and pre-wiring process. We prep your space to ensure your property stays clean while we do our work and coordinate with other contractors throughout the process.

4. Training & Support

Upon final delivery of your system, we spend time training you, personalizing your system, and selecting a service plan for seamless performance throughout the entire life of your system.

Do you work on new construction or remodeling projects?

Yes, inhabit AV works with clients for both new home construction and remodeling projects.
How much does it cost for a consultation and site visit?

At inhabit AV consultations and site visits are completely free for homeowners and there is no obligation to purchase after we furnish a proposal. We pride ourselves on providing a no-pressure sales environment for our clients as you are more than just the dollar value of a component we are installing in your closet. 

Deposits aren't due, and never expected, until you've approved and signed a proposal.
Do you have a showroom?

While inhabit AV does not currently operate our own showroom, based upon our geographic location and inhabit AV's manufacturer relationships we are able to provide clients with unique access to incredible manufacturer-owned showrooms with demonstration capabilities beyond what can be provided in an integrator showroom.

How long does installation take?

In regards to the installation phase every project, client, and space is completely unique so no project is ever the same. For smaller project scopes, the installation is typically completed over the course of days while large, complex systems are  typically completed over the course of weeks.

Every inhabit AV proposal includes project milestones with dates so you have clear understanding of what you can reasonably expect for your specific project schedule.
Can you take over an existing system?

Yes, inhabit AV can take over an existing system equipped with almost any brand of automation.
Do you serve clients outside Orange County and Southern California?

Yes, inhabit AV serves clients with properties across the entire Southern California region from Orange County to Los Angeles and the Coachella Valley. 

In select instances, our clients will specifically request our work for properties beyond Southern California. If you have any special requests we encourage clients to ask and we will do our best to accommodate.
